AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I called before coming in to make sure these guys had what i needed in stock. The guy on the phone was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to answer my questions. I came in the following day and both guys working were helping other customers but both of them instantly greeted me and assured me they would be right with me. After a few minutes of browsing their quite organized shop, they assisted me with what i needed. This is where regular customer service ends and excellent customer service begins, after purchasing my motor and battery, the guy with the beard asked if i was going to be soldering the motor myself, i didnt even think to check that the connections werent pre installed as i hate soldering so i usually go for plug and play. He took the motor to the back and said "just a sec". When he came back he had 2 wires perfectly soldered to the motor. This is NOT something i asked him to do but he happily did so without question. Eternally greatful customer right here! I highly encourage anyone who wants help with their hobby to check these guys out. 10000x better than the other chain hobby store we have around here. Thanks again guys. I'll be back!
